Dear Supporters, On August 21, 2025, the man who murdered my son, Vincent Anthony Fisher III, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder. While this plea acknowledges the crime, the deal offered—life with all but 40 years suspended—means he will still be eligible for parole. This is exactly why our fight must continue. Our mission is clear: we must stand against leniency for violent offenders, including those between the ages of 18 and 25. That’s why I am urging Governor Wes Moore to veto House Bill 1190 (HB 1190), which would allow retroactive leniency for young adult offenders—even in the most serious crimes. Your voices matter.
