Directed energy weapons are real. That's no secret. What is a secret is that these weapons are being illegally tested on civilians secretly and without consent. Not in a secret laboratory or some remote facility, but in public in plain sight using covert tactics including operational psychological which allows researchers, agents, and informants to manipulate public awareness in order to conduct the operation undetected by the public. The official codename for the project is currently unknown. I have taken the liberty of naming it the Silent Torture Program.
The main purpose of the Silent Torture Program is to test the effects of non-stop intense exposure to lethal levels of electromagnetic energies (microwave, radio waves, & infrasound) on the hunan body using Directed Energy Weapons.
In order to properly investigate the illegal covert use of directed energy weapons on civilians, you must first understand what the weapons are and how they work. This requires learning from experts who have experience with directed energy weapons in addition to victims harmed by these weapons. One of the most technical yet comprehensive books available on the subject is titled 'Effects of Directed Energy Weapons' (1994) by Phillip E. Nielsen. This is one of the few books available to the public that gives detailed information on how directed energy weapons work. Compare this information with victims testimony and evidence of their experiences being attacked with these weapons and you will begin to see the truth and feel compelled to get involved.

Some basic points:
- This book is on the effects of directed energy weapons. That is, how they propagate to and interact with targets.
- As a target becomes hot, the molecules within it begin to give up some of their energy as radiation.
- In other cases, the radiation may be of a type which we can’t see with our eyes, such as the infrared radiation emitted by warm objects and detectable only with special equipment. But all of this radiation is a source of energy loss, limiting the rise in a target’s temperature as energy is deposited within it.
- Not all the energy emitted by a weapon will make it to the target. Some will inevitably be lost through energy losses to the atmosphere.
- Directed energy weapons are those for which the energy is directed at the target.
- Microwaves for the most part travel from source to receiver by line of sight
- How does microwave energy get into a target, and what does it do when it gets there? Energy cannot enter through metallic surfaces, which are highly reflective of microwaves, and typically enters through windows or gaps in the target’s surface.
- Once microwaves enter a target, they can be absorbed in electronic circuit elements and damage them. Since the microwave radiation is a time-varying electromagnetic field, it can induce currents in the target’s circuits, resulting in heating and thermal damage.
- Most non-metallic materials are transparent to microwaves, so they can penetrate through windows, rubber grommets, weather stripping, and so on.
