Despite MCD Guidelines (sic) in place, private house owners facing these public parks under the veil of paying for maintanence have become owners of these public parks and manouvering rule of laws according to their personal AGENDAS, discriminating only the adopted stray Indies pets. If anyone challenges them with MCD Guidelines, they make a group and start abusing the pet owner alongwith threatening to ban her from entering that park and road too. This inhumane mindsets needs to Stop 🛑 . The police and municipal must be reminded of their duties. Let's join hands to ensure our furry stray pets get their rightful place and freedom to play and enjoy the parks and roads as freely as pedigree are allowed.
