We're approaching 500 signatures on our petition to end collective punishment in BC schools. We wanted to pause and say thank you.
It's been more than a year since we launched this petition, and every single signature has mattered. Each signature is a signal: that parents, educators, and community members recognise that punishing entire classrooms for one child's distress is harmful, discriminatory, and unacceptable.
Something else is happening, too. In March alone, our website received nearly 26,000 unique visitors. When a stressed-out parent Googles "collective punishment BC schools" at midnight, wondering whether what happened to their child is normal — we come up first. That matters more than any metric.
We built this so that families in crisis could find information, language, and evidence instead of silence. Your signature helped make that possible.
If you haven't yet, please share the petition with someone who needs to see it:

We're not done. But we're grateful you're here.
