Well! I thank those who have supported this movement with a signature. Now I ask of you to share, share, share! Don’t stop sharing until I have reached the goal to make this petition a reality and get it added to voter ballots within my city.

Please spread the word to help end this abused privilege that makes the residents of my town fear the police. I have spoken with many residents within Clearlake and have heard nothing positive about our police force. I have put all my researched info together to come to the conclusion that without personal choice the residents are forced to deal with the decisions of a department geared towards becoming power hungry and controlling. Knowing they are the only ones with the jurisdiction to enforce the law, they have become blinded by knowing they also have primary control. Now, they have chosen to be the biggest lawbreaker instead. Enforcing fear and intimidation against most residents. Protect the ones that can be controlled and unfairly targeting those that refuse to be controlled.

I myself am one who has been attacked by this department multiple times. A target that they focus on because I speak up for myself and the rights that bind me in and protect me against unlawful persecution. I do not fear the police, though, I have built up hate more so because as a blood-born American I pay towards making sure the proper people have been assigned the task of enforcing and protect the communities in which they have been hired to work. Life overall is not fair, but the laws given make it to where we have a right to speak up for fairness within our society of life. 

I will never be afraid of making sure my community, city, county, state, and nation understand that because that is what we can do within the country we live in. You shouldn’t be afraid to speak up either when we have lawfully been given the choice too!
