I've always loved Christmas, so this year I've decided to raise money for a wonderful organisation called Phoenix Hen Rescue ( https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/pheonix ) All of my hens were rescued by Phoenix and would most likely not have been alive today without their help- a truly heartbreaking thought. The wonderful people at Phoenix Hen Rescue work tirelessly to save ex-commercial laying hens who would otherwise go to slaughter at the end of their short lives on commercial farms.
