Our volunteers are moved by your compassion!

We hear it time and time again. The volunteers are moved by the conversations greater awareness brings. We'd like to highlight one of those conversation reminding people these experiences are deeply moving, deeply personal, and touch on sensitive topics such as suicide.

If you or someone you know is being bullied and talking about ending their life or wishing they were dead, reach out to 988.

We spoke to someone from the graduating class of Daniel Mendez here in the San Diego area who took his life in 2009.
