Dear Petition Signers, 
Last Wednesday in court, Quail Valley HOA dropped its absurd property violation (a spot of dirt in the yard) against our neighbor, Eric Segura. The second part of the trial will occur on Wednesday August 14, 2024.

We should all be aware of what is happening. Our HOA treasury is paying for the HOA attorney who attacks the homeowner. This situation is your responsibility and mine. 

Join us in courtroom 413 on Wednesday August 14 at 9:00am to support Mr. Eric Olea Segura, who is a model citizen and leader in this community. This happens at the District Court of Maryland, 191 East Jefferson Street, Rockville, MD 20850. Case # 06-01-0011083-2021.

Last week there were six supporters sitting next to Mr. Segura. That was great. We are hopeful for a fair outcome on Wednesday 8/14 (as we saw on 8/7). We are also hopeful that members of this community will speak up this year (at community meetings and with their elected officials) to end this habitual HOA abuse, and to create a better future for all HOA homeowners.  Have a great week.
