I wanted to thank everyone for supporting my petition almost 10 years ago to get the Girl Scouts to sell a gluten free cookie. Many years later the Girl Scouts finally began to sell gluten free cookies in part due to this petition and your support. Gluten free products have come a long way since then both in the availability variety in the marketplace and the quality of the products.
When my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2005 there were very few gluten free products in the marketplace and the ones that existed didn't taste good. I began to bake for my daughter and over the past 10+ years developed desserts that are so good, many people tell me they don't taste gluten free.
