Thank you all whom have signed and shared my petition to try and make a difference in the issue we are and have been facing in Missouri with the amount of animals that are being dumped. My main focus is to try and make something change. Humane society's are at capacity with strays. Their surrender fees in my area alone are so hight that people can't afford them. Even if its an animal that was dumped on your property you have to pay that surrender fee. So there for desperate times call for desperate measures and people just decide to dump them in rural areas to fend for themselves.  I know that social media friends of friends have to know where this dogs belong and if people come together maybe we can make something change. There have to be some sort of fines for just dumping your animal.  People need to stop and think of what financial strengths it puts on those that find them. The health that it can put on the animal or animals that those people may already have if those dumped animals are sick and or unvaccinated. It needs to stop.
