Friends of “CLEAN” adoption reform, Greetings and we hope all is well as autumn approaches! As planned, we continue to petition officials and New York State legislature candidates for a return to the “CLEAN” adoption reform bill in the Assembly. Our goal remains simple: Genuine human and civil rights reform so all adoptees can gain unrestricted access to original birth certificates, as in nine other states. We were grateful to meet Senator Kevin S. Parker in July. Senator Parker has been a cosponsor for the “CLEAN” senate side bill (S3314). NY: 44TH ASSEMBLY DISTRICT WILL FIGHT FOR “CLEAN” REFORM!
