I have created this online petition to tell you that…

1) Hundreds of globally famous Kyrgyz and Uzbek content creators (such as DBillions, Zagreb, O'zbek Bolalar Qo'shiqlari, etc) gain much, much more than 4000 hours of watch time over 12 months.

2) They aren't paid by the YPP.

…this petition is meant to pressure YouTube to enable the YPP in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.

Enabling the YPP in these 2 countries will let content creators make money without having to rely on fundraisers or overseas bank transfers.
