I've updated the petition text to include the ludicrousness of such like the ACMA (Australian Communications & Media Authority that dictate the law but refuse to state who is responsible to enforce said law). Please re-read my petition for the full details, and international youth now realizing the same issues:

So now the ACMA who denied "jurisdiction" of enforcing their law, is being queried, and awaiting their reply...

"Passing the buck" is surely one way the ACMA has replied, lets hope their new reply has actualizations of the questions, I'll keep you informed...
