WE DID IT - PLANNING APPLICATION REFUSED!!

Haringey Planning Department have refused permission for the additional two flats that would have seen our pub carved up further. This (should) mean that the work on the refit of the pub should commence sooner rather than later... As per the update yesterday, The Winchester is now without tenants. We have asked The London Pub Company for an official statement explaining they are not taking the tenancy. There's a chance the developer may appeal the decision, however we will of course keep you all updated on any further development plans or opening dates. Thank you all for your support - without it we might not have had this wonderful result.
