Dear friends,

Qatar is the largest supplier of finance to Hamas in Gaza. The weapons that Qatar financed were used to launch indiscriminate attacks on civilians in the last few weeks and led to Operation Protective Edge.

Qatar and its leader are pouring billions of dollars into an organisation defined as terrorist by the majority of the world and are hosting its leader Khaled Mashal, in prosperous safety in Doha as he plots to wage a religious war against the “infidels”. We citizens of London, Israelis and Jews alike, would like to show the world the significance of Qatar in this conflict. Qatar fuels religious wars all over the world and especially in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon. 

We believe that directing the world’s attention to Qatar, especially when their hosting of the World Cup is questionable due to the possibility of bribery and slave labour, will pressure it and its leaders and may cause them to reconsider their stance towards funding terrorism. This is the start of a relentless and continuous campaign that we are intending to initiate against Qatar.

As part of this campaign we will demonstrate and protest in front of the Qatari embassies, Al Jazeera’s centres, Harrods (one of their most recent and prestigious purchases) and all associated parties. Your signature on this petition will give the emphasis and assurance for our struggle and efforts to sever the roots of global terrorism by cutting off its funding. The Israeli and Jewish organisations will be those who will deliver the message to the Emir of Qatar via his embassies and to the media.

This petition is written in English, Hebrew, Arabic and Spanish and we are hoping that it will be translated to as many languages as possible. Thank you for your assistance, please sign and share the petitions with all lovers of peace and stability.

We write this open letter in protest at the growing support that the Qatari government affords to Hamas. Hamas is designated as a terrorist organisation by the European Union, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, Japan and many countries in the Middle East. Qatar is the only country in the Arab World that supports and funds Hamas, the terrorist organisation that initiated the war in Gaza.

We are aware of Qatar’s claim that it contributes generously toward the people of Gaza but the results prove different. Your Highness’ and Qatar’s financial contribution was not used to set up hospitals, housing and schools, nor was it used to build bomb shelters and install warning systems for the Gazan people.  It was used and is being used to acquire and produce missiles, build terror tunnels and to train children as fighters. Hamas also endlessly promotes Shahada meaning death for a religious cause while killing as many “infidels” as possible may it be men, women or children.

It is a shame that Your Highness and Qatar’s government did not use its influence over Hamas to persuade them to accept the Egyptian ceasefires. Hamas has consistently rejected them time after time while Israel has accepted them unconditionally.  Your Highness’ real concern for the Gazans’ wellbeing could have saved hundreds if not thousands of lives and prevented the wounding and displacement of tens of thousands if the influence over Hamas has been exercised to force them to stop shooting and accept the truce.

Al Jazeera, the Television Network owned, funded and broadcast from Qatar has become a propaganda tool for a terrorist organisation promoting a deceptive and inaccurate picture of the conflict. Al Jazeera’s journalists failed to report on the launching pads, booby-trapped facilities and housing of rockets in UNRWA and other UN facilities. They also didn’t report on the schools, kindergartens, mosques and other public buildings used by Hamas for attacking the citizens of Israel through the firing of thousands of rockets indiscriminately. But worst of all they failed to report on the thousands used as human shields (men, women and children) as a despicable tool of media manipulation while putting those innocent lives at risk. Al Jazeera, especially the Arabic language channel, has become a news agency promoting Hamas. Its broadcasting incites the Arab world to follow the terrorist path and in the process damages its reputation as a respectable and impartial independent news network. In case Qatar wants to plead ignorance to the above, we will be able to enlighten them with facts.

Your Highness, the Qatari financial wealth is able to buy you assets around the world. Qatar’s opportunity to host the World Cup in 2022 will place it in the centre of world attention. However Qatar’s association with Hamas, other terrorist groups and the support that is offered to them casts doubts on Qatar’s position as a nation committed to peace and counter-terrorism despite being a member of the International Treaty for Counter-Terrorism of 1999. According to the treaty all member states are obligated to refrain from funding terror and to punish any known body or person who does so.

Qatar has clearly abused the Treaty by funding modern terrorism and especially the Hamas. To the dismay of the Arab World and its allies, the fighting in Gaza has exposed Doha as a centre for terrorism and a haven forterrorists. A clear example is the hospitality afforded by Qatar toKhaled Mashal, a notorious arch-terrorist and the leader of the Hamas. Mr Mashal terrorises Israel and ordering his people to die for “a religious cause” while he lives in luxury far from harm.

We hope that this message and the thousands who stand behind it from all over the world will cause Your Highness to have a change of heart and to reconsider by channelling Qatar’s wealth to achieve a world free of terrorism. Your Highness’ wealth can help the unprivileged around the world and especially in third-world countries to emerge from poverty. It can also help prevent the deaths of thousands from diseases and infected water and food.  It is within Your Highness’s power to do what is right and to immortalise Your Highness and Qatar as bringers of peace and prosperity to the world.

This letter is signed by the people of the free world to promote peace and stability for all.

קטאר היא הקטר שדחף את החמאס למסע הטרור שאילץ את ישראל לצאת למבצע ״צוק איתן״. במטרה להגן על אזרחיה. קטאר ומנהיגיה מזרימים מיליארדים של דולרים ומארחים באופן מלכותי את ראשי אירגון הטרור, ״החמאס״. ישראלים ויהודים בלונדון כאחד מתגייסים במטרה להצביע על תפקידה הקריטי של קטאר במימון "מלחמות קודש" בעזה, בסוריה, בעיראק ובלבנון. הנושא הזה חשוב במיוחד בתקופה זו כאשר נבדקים חשדות על שוחד וניצול מחפיר של המועסקים בבנית מתקני המונדיאל. זוהי תחילתה של מלחמת התשה תקשורתית והסברתית שאנו מנהלים נגד קטאר. אנו נקרא להפגין מול סמלי השלטון שלהם: שגרירויות, אל-ג'זירה, חנות היוקרה שבבעלותם (הרודס) וכו׳.

עצומה זו נכתבה במחאה עלההמימון ונתמיכה שקטאר מעניקה לחמאס.

חמאס הינו ארגון טרור המוכר ככזהעל ידי האיחוד האירופי, ארצות הברית, קנדה, אוסטרליה, יפן וארצות רבות נוספות במזרח התיכון.קטאר הינה המדינה הערבית היחידההמממנת את החמאס, אותו ארגון שמסע הטרור האחרון שלו גרם למלחמה בעזה.

טענות קטאר על כך שהמימון הנדיב מופנה לרווחת תושבי עזה נסתרות בעובדות מדאיגות. הסכומים העצומים שהוענקו לחמאס לא יועדו ו/או שימשו לבניית בתי-חולים, בתי-מגוריםבתי-ספר ואפילו לא להגנה על אזרחים במקלטים ומערכות התראה.מיליארדי הדולרים ועדיין משמשים לבניית ולרכחשת טילים ומשגרים, מנהרות טרור מבוטנות ולמחנות הדרכה בטרור לילדי עזה. חמאס השתמש ומשתמש בכספים אלה דרך ארגוני צדקה לקידום וביצוע ה"שאהדה" – הקרבה עצמית למטרה דתית תוך כדי הריגה ופגיעה ב"כופרים". ה "שאהדה" אינה מבחינה בין גברים, ילדים, נשים ותינוקות ומצווה להשמידם באשר הם "כופרים".

זה מאוד מצער ומאכזב שהוד רוממותו וממשלת קטאר לא השתמשו בהשפעה הרבה שיש להם על החמאס לקדם את הפסקת האש  שהוצעה על יד מצרים. חמאס דחה והפר פעם אחר פעם את הפסקת האש וזאת למרות שישראל  קבלה אותה ללא כל תנאי ושמרה אותה עד שהופרה על ידי החמאס. 

הדאגה העמוקה לשלום אנשי עזה שהובעה על ידי הוד רוממתו וממשלתו יכלה להתבצע בהשפעה על החמאס להפסיק את האש ובכך להציל מאות חפים מפשע ולמנוע פליטות של מאות אלפים.

 

אל-ג'זירה, רשת התקשורת הבן לאומית המשודרת וממומנת על ידי קאטר הפכה בן לילה לשופרו של החמאס. הרשת שידרה מידע, תמונות וסרטונים שאינם מדוייקים ובאופן חד משמעי מוטים לכיוון אחד בלבד. כתבי אל-ג'זירה לא דיווחו על משגרים שהוצבו ליד מתקנים אזרחיים וציבוריים, על טילים ופצצות שנורו והוסתרו בתוך וליד מתקני האום השונים תוך כדי סיכון מכוון ומחושב של גברים, נשים וטף, על בתים שמולכדו בעשרות ומאות טונות של חומר נפץ תוך כדי סיכון לתושביהם האזרחים, למנהרות המבוטנות שנחפרו מתחת ובתוך בתים רבים, דבר שיכול היה לגרום לקריסתם ולפגיעה אנושה ביושביהם ובעיקר לא דיווחו כתבי אל-ג'זירה על שימוש מחפיר וציני בתושבי עזה כמגן אנושי.

במעשיהם אלה, גרמו הכתבים והרשת לערעור מעמדם כרשת תקשורת בן-לאומית שאינה מוטה ובלתי-תלוייה.

במידה והוד רוממותו ו/או ממשלתו יפקפקו בנתונים לעיל, נשמח להאיר את עינהם בעובדות הברורות כשמש.

הוד רוממותו, העושר הקטארי המופלג אפשר ומאפשר לקאטר לרכוש נכסים ברחבי העולם וכן לנצל הזדמנויות רבות להשפעה כגון ארוח המונדיאל בשנת 2022. לדאבוננו, החלטת קטאר וכבודו "להתרועע" עם החמאס וארגוני טרור נוספים בניגוד לאמנה נגד הטרור משנת 1999 שנחתמה גם על ידי קטאר מערערת על מיקומה בקהילה הבן לאומית. אמנה זו, מחייבת את כל המדינות החברות למנוע ולעצור כל גוף ו / או פעולת טרור האמורה להתבצע ואשר בידיעתה ו או בפיקוחה. קטאר בפירוש מפרה ומבזה את האמנה על ידי מימון הטרור המודרני ובמיוחד החמאס וזאת למורת רוחו של העולם הערבי ובני בריתו. המלחמה האחרונה בעזה חשפה את דוחא, עיר בירתכם כמרכז טרור ולגן עדן עבור הטרוריסטים. כדוגמא נביא את הארוח המלכותי שהענקתם לחאלד משעל רב-המרצחים, הטרוריסטואחדממנהיגי החמאס. חאלד משעל, "נלחם" בישראל והורה לאנשיו בעזה למות בעבור המטרה הדתית הקדושה תוך כדי שהוא עצמו ספון במגורי יוקרה, טועם ממנעמי קטאר, מוגן ורחוק מכל סכנה.

ان قناة الجزيرة التي تملكها وتمولها قطر قد أصبحت أداة ترويج لمنظمة إرهابية تسعى لرسم صورة غير حقيقية عن الصراع. إن صحفيي ألجزيرة قد فشلوا لرفع الستار ونقل الأخبار عن منصات اطلاق الصواريخ وعن مرافق الشراك الخداعية وخزن الصواريخ في مرافق الأونرو ومرافق أخرى أيضاً تابعة للأمم ألمتحدة. هؤلاء الصحفيون قد أخفقوا أيضاً في الإبلاغ عن المدارس والمساجد والمباني العامة التي تستعملها حماس للهجوم على مواطني إسرائيل واطلاق اللآلاف من الصواريخ  وبالأخص قد أخفقوا ايضاً عن الإعلام عن استعمال الآلاف من الرجال والنساء والأطفال كدروع بشرية وهذا يعتبر عمل صحفي واطىء جداً،  مروج للأكاذيب ويضع حياة الأبرياء في خطر.   الجزيرة وخصوصاً باللغة العربية قد أصبحت منبر لدعم حماس.  ان بث الجزيرة يحرض العالم العربي لإتباع طريق الإرهاب وهذا ما يضر بسمعتها كمحطة إخبارية محترمة ومستقلة. وفي حالة أن قطر قد تتداعي بالجهل فسنستطيع ان نوفر لها هذه الحقائق.

صاحب السمو،  إن ثروة قطر قادرة لشراء كثير من الممتلكات حول العالم. ان مناسبة كأس العالم في عام 2022 ستجعل قطر محور الإهتمام العالمي ولكن علاقة قطر مع حماس ومع منظمات إرهابية أخرى ودعمها الموفر لهم سيشكك في موقف قطر كدولة داعمة للسلام وضد الإرهاب على الرغم من مركزها كعضو في المعاهدة العالمية لمكافحة الإرهاب 1999 ووفقاً لهذه المعاهدة يجب أن تلتزم كل الدول الأعضاء بالإمتناع عن تمويل الإرهاب ومعاقبة أي مؤسسة أو شخص يفعل ذلك.

قطر قد اساءت بوضوح لهذه المعاهدة بتمويلها للإرهاب الحديث وبالأخص لحماس وهذا ما أدى الى إستياء العالم العربي وحلفاء قطر.   القتال في غزة قد فضح دوحة كمركز للإرهاب وملجأ للإرهابيين. إن ضيافتكم لخالد مشعل، الإرهابي السيء السمعة وقائد حماس هي مثل لذلك. ألسيد مشعل يأمر شعبه بالموت من أجل الدين وفي نفس الوقت هو يعيش برفاه بعيدا عن أي أذى.                                                                                                                

نحن نأمل ان هذه الرسالة والآلاف الذين يقفون ورائها من كل أطراف العالم  تدعو سموك لتغيير رأيك وإعادة النظر للعمل من خلال توجيه ثروة قطر لتحقيق عالم خال من الإرهاب.  إن ثروتك يا سمو الأمير تستطيع مساعدة الغير المتمييزين حول أنحاء العالم وخصوصاً في دول العالم الثالث للتخلص من الفقر وهذا أيضاً يساعد منع موت آلاف الناس من الأمراض ومن الأكل والماء الملوث. ان في وسعكم عمل ما هوعلى صواب ولتخليد سموك ودولة قطر كمقدمي السلام والإزدهار للعالم.
