UVM Meatless Mondays 2018

The Issue

THIS IS AN UPDATED VERSION OF THE PETITION FROM LAST YEAR, SO IF YOU SIGNED LAST YEAR PLEASE SIGN AGAIN!

We are asking for all dining halls to go meatless for all meals on Mondays (Would not affect point based retail locations)

We are asking for Sodexo to have more vegan options

We are asking for clearer labeling of foods

If UVM residential dining halls went meatless every Monday we would not eat  214,500 pounds of meat per year. By not eating that meat, UVM saves 536,250,000 gallons of water, 11,797,500 square feet of forest cover and prevents 6,435,000 pounds of carbon dioxide from being released into the atmosphere.
