PayPal is currently not available for transaction between a Cambodian and another Cambodian. PayPal would be an easy for students to pay fee with no service charge, to the citizens paying taxes and such with no hassle. They can do this with a click on their screen and that’ll save time and ease the hardness in their daily life. Plus PayPal would benefit banks as they can be associated with a specific bank and get promoted and such.
