This is made for a school friend who may work on the project in the near future. These animals can be domestic and may make good pets. If people want to have pet foxes they should be allowed to. If they don't then they don't have to. It should be an option because they are not dangerous animals unless rabid. Going there, a rabies shot should be required like with dogs. It could also save the lives of domestic foxes because there is a breeder in Russia that is having trouble selling foxes because they are illegal everywhere and are AS A RESULT KILLING the foxes and selling their fur instead.

WHY FOXES CAN BE GOOD PETS:

Foxes, when domesticated can be affectionate , loving, and loyal to their owner. They are playful, and they love attention. Foxes have some cons as being pets, but some of them are easy to get around and some are, well, just what comes with having a pet. They need a lot of space, but if you get a big cage and are willing to give up a fair amount of space in your house, it’s fine. They can be destructive, but so can dogs, and for many people, the joy that comes from having a fox cancels out what they destroy. Put important papers out of the fox’s reach. They can smell bad, but you can get some deodorant for your house. Then there are the numerous positives to owning a domestic fox. Like I said, they are affectionate and playful. They are also cute. Domestic foxes are fun to play with, and seem to be happy with humans. Overall, pet foxes may have some downsides, but also have a lot of upsides and overall can be great pets.
