The legal malpractice complaint is as a result of the poor representation of Albert B. Pepper Jr. plaintiff litigant by The Simon Law Firm P.C. and associate counsel that rendered Pepper with out realizing a equitable compensation for his injuries nor substantial justice.
The argument is that were it not "but for" the poor representation of The Simon Law Firm P.C. and that of lead counselors Anthony R. Friedman Mo. Bar # 65531 and Elizabeth C McNulty Mo. Bar number # 72026 that Pepper would have realized equitable compensation for his injuries and substantial justice.
