The Issue
RE: Market Street and Carnegie Street "No Parking Zones"
We the students should not get punished for going to school.
On September 13th, the Baytown City Council voted to amend Chapter 94 Article II, Division 2, Section 94-63 of the code of ordinances by designating portions of Market Street and Carnegie Street as “No Parking Zones.” They will begin ticketing, booting, or towing students for parking on a public street.
According to the video, item k of the Baytown City Council Consent Agenda was not even discussed.

We the students request that the Baytown City Council reconsider their decision immediately.
