Did you know Marilyn Monroe (Norma Jean) was a World War II defense worker? Did you know Mary McLeod Bethune, a renowned civil rights activist pressured the U.S. Army to let black women in the Women's Army Corps (WAC)? Did you know the first female rabbi to serve in the U.S. military was also one of the very first female rabbis ever in U.S. history? That was merely over 30 years ago!
