Reminder!

After years of lobbying and studies, we are on the home stretch for final approval of the new road and trail network. I need your help to push it over the finish line!
Once the new road is adopted in the Stafford Comprehensive plan and approved by FAMPO than it's eligible for State and Federal funding that will fund between 80% and 90% of the construction costs.

The Stafford Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings on November 19th at 6:30 pm at 1300 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, VA 22554

There are two Important Transportation public hearings on the agenda.

1. A new Transportation Master Plan that includes a new river crossing at Celebrate Virginia Pkwy with a 10' wide Trail that will be extended to Mine Road.

2. A proposal to Increase Transportation Impact Fees on developers. The Fee increase will help expediate the construction of transportation projects.

Many developers are going to be there opposing Transportation Impact Fee increases.
We need Citizens to counter the developer lobby.

I want to commend the Stafford Supervisors for moving forward on Stafford's Transportation needs!

I fully support the Transportation Master Plan and a more modest impact fee increase.
Stafford Citizens need to come out and support the Supervisors!

Please join me for a Joint Rally for the Park, Trails and River Crossing on November 19th at 6:30 pm at the Board of Supervisors meeting.

People can speak in support of the Park and Trails at the beginning of the meeting during public comment time and they can speak about Transportation during the public hearings!
