Max Control Environmental Services Egypt is only licensed to exterminate rats and rodents. However the Mall of Arabia Cairo has hired them to kill dogs at and around their property. In the photo we see a worker taking a huge wood beam and striking the dog on the head after tying his legs to a cement boulder. Now Mall of Arabia has many fine shops such as Under Armour and El Kady jewelers among others. Under cover cameras discover this egregious act where these Max Control take dog and commit this atrocity murder of the dog in a very violent, barbaric and brutal action. I would encourage anyone considering vacationing in Egypt to instead visit elsewhere and spend your money on a location that does not treat street dogs in such an inhumane manner. These men then drag the dog to bury in a sand grave. These are not isolated incidences. No, this is commonplace. Dogs and cats are thrown off 5th story buildings, they are set on fire, they have limbs cut off with an axe, they are often starving to the point of eating diapers. The level of cruelty is astronomical and by vacationing in Egypt you are indirectly contributing to the cruelty. The money you spend does nothing to help these animals. The government of Egypt ignores the plight of these dogs and would prefer to rid themselves of the problem by poisoning the dogs with strychnine. The government does not spend any bit of money on dogs to feed, spay, neuter or promote their health by vaccinating them against rabies, parvo, distemper, treat them for scabies mange, they do absolutely nothing! In fact the government hired third parties along with its own General Veterinary Authority to carry out poisonings of both dogs and cats. Many people have written petitions, voiced their complaints of their disgust with which the animals are mistreated. And because the government is killing these animals it lends to civilians doing the same thing if they hate dogs and cats. So the animal abuse and cruelty in Egypt is relentless and obscene.
