For 2 years, the Teachers at EF Boston have been asking the Company for fair pay, a paid vacation, and health insurance for all teachers. These are very basic things that all employees deserve. We work hard and we love our students. Our hard work and devotion to our students has made the company very successful and EF Boston one of the highest rated schools in the company. Yet, Teachers at EF Boston struggle to get by and pay their bills. What we want is very simple: fair compensation for ALL our good work.
