Paying for the same technology over and over

Alief ISD increased our local property taxes through the 2021-2022 bond election for technology, used federal ESSER funds for technology, they received technology donations, and held an auction to sale technology, and now the district wants parents to pay $20 for technology that we already paid for multiple times. Keep in mind 85% of the districts is economically disadvantaged (calculated based upon free and reduced lunch applications) which the district also receives federal funding for as well.
