Alief School Board is concerned about the districts grievance policies/processes

ALIEF ISD BOARD PRESIDENT ANN WILLIAMS: “Another item board, you will be receiving information through board notes, I am talking to the attorney about looking at some of our grievance processes. But I cannot release that until she and I have a conversation. I know that she and I had some concerns about how they look and whether or not everyone is getting, we are not saying that they are not getting a due process but, I think there have been three board members that have come to me and said that they have found that employees are having to make decisions at the last minute and it is bringing up enough flak for us to talk about it, but please allow me time to talk to the board attorney concerning what that looks like with Mr. Chambers.”
