HISD is similarly situated to Alief ISD

I’m trying to figure out why T.E.A. is all up in HISD’s business but has not gave Alief ISD the business. EVERY issues or concern stated about HISD is happening in Alief ISD as well. My second question is why does the media doggedly continue to go after HISD but won’t say a single thing about the corruption, poor governance, or the children being affected in Alief ISD?
