A district shall take no action abridging the freedom of speech or the right of the people to petition the board for redress of grievances. U.S. Const. Amend. I, XIV

Federal Laws -Section 504

A district that receives federal financial assistance, directly or indirectly, and that employs 15 or more persons shall adopt grievance procedures that incorporate appropriate due process standards and that provide for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.  29 U.S.C. 794; 34 C.F.R. 104.7(b)

Superintendent Henry David Chambers gave a directives to Alief staff not to sign delivery verification receipts each time Mr. Barone personally hand delivered documents to the Alief administration building at 4250 Cook Road.

None of what Alief ISD has done, refused to do, or continues to do, as it relates to Mr. Barone’s family, himself, or the Barone’s grievances are in alignment with the vision statement, mission statement, goals, or objectives of AISD.

Superintendent Henry David Chambers is illegally making decisions for the school board regarding Barone’s grievances.

Barone’s emails are being blocked to Alief ISD board members but the district can and does send emails to Mr. Barone.

Barone’s U.S. postage mail to the Alief ISD Administration building at 4250 Cook Road is being blocked, but the district can and does send mail to Mr. Barone’s residence from the Alief Administration Building at 4250 Cook Road; Mr. Barone has even received a personal letters sent to his home address by Board President Annie Joseph Williams and Board Vice President Darlene Elizabeth Breaux via U.S. mail, yet Mr. Barone is prevented from sending letters to Alief ISD. The postage meter that was used on President Williams and Vice President Breaux’s personal letter to Mr. Barone was Karczewski | Bradshaw | Spalding (KBS), Alief’s legal counsels law firm’s postage meter.
