Please refund all of my Alief ISD tax funds

I’m here at the Alief School Board Meeting to make a formal request for a refund of all my district tax funds.
I no longer want my taxes used to support the school boards organized crime led by the superintendent and enforced by the school boards illegal solidarity voting practices.
Each school board Trustee stood here in front of the board room with their hand on a Bible and swore under oath to represent our Alief community. The superintendent signed a contract to educate our children........ instead you all have willfully turned the district into the devils playground festered with crooked politics, personal and professional favors, and retaliatory practices, all funded with a blank check of Alief tax money, and district property.
Now you all want to further misappropriate our tax money by entertaining limited open enrollment in our district.
Parents and students who do not live in our district and do not pay taxes to our district will get rights and privileges that myself and other constituents are promised, yet are not receiving by district leadership; specifically the school board and administrators at 4250 Cook Road.
According to the superintendent and his administrative subordinates own definition of mobility, limited open enrollment would create a district infused mobility trap, the same mobility issue that Alief leadership uses as a crutch to imply why the district is academically performing below standard with six elementary schools on the TEA improvement required list (33%) and 2 more elementary schools approaching improvement required, despite the fact that Alief has a district wide academic pacing guide.
The real questions are:
How does limited open enrollment benefit our current students and their academic rankings?
How does limited open enrollment benefit Alief taxpayers who will be supporting the education of children of non-district taxpayers?
85% of Alief’s students are currently on free and reduced lunch. If non-district parents have the ability to transport their children to and from Alief schools each day then they have the resources to fund their own children’s education instead of misappropriating Alief tax funds.
More importantly why should non-district students and parents be afforded rights, and privileges from Alief’s mission statement, vision statement, goals, and objectives that I have been begging Alief leadership for and still can not get for my family and I, and now you all want to fast track the rights and privileges of non-district parents and students above our community.
I want to remind the board that you all are liable for every single vote that you all make during your tenure on the school board. If the board as a body is going to continue to willfully and intentionally misrepresent our community then we as taxpayers and parents may have no choice but to file a class action lawsuit against the district or sue each of you individually for your actions or lack of actions during your time on the board.
It is time for the misuse of district property and resources, the misappropriation of tax funds, and friendship governance by the school board to stop, or the foolishness needs to be added to the mission statement so that the community is clearly aware of what Alief leadership is really all about. You all have consistently shown that you all are concerned about your personal and professional aspirations and not concerned about the Alief community or taxpayers.
The American Revolution was started because the 13 colonies grieved that they were not receiving fair and adequate representation from the British Parliament, thus the colonist revolted. “NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!”
You all care more about me saying district employees names during my patron presentation than you care about the complaints and evidence that I present in my concerns.
No taxation without representation. The Alief Revolution has begun and I want a full refund of all of my tax money. You can send my reimbursement check to 3423 Cascadia Dr, Houston, Texas 77082.
