I have a meeting on Monday May 06, 2019, at 5:30pm with School Board President Ann Williams, and Superintendent Henry “HD” Chambers regarding my March 19, 2019 patron presentation during the March school board meeting. I have numerous issues and concerns regarding the proposed meeting, but these are the crux of my concerns.
1. Why am I not meeting with the entire school board, whom is the governing body of the district, instead of just with school board President Ann Williams, whom is at the root of many of my grievances because of her willful lack of governance, or flat out refusal to govern Superintendent Chambers, the school boards one and only employee.
2. Do ALL of the school board members know about the Monday, May 06, 2019 meeting, at 5:30pm?
3. Was the entire school board extended an invitation to to attend the May 06, 2019 meeting with me?
4. Why is the superintendent, whom is an employee of the the district and the root cause of all of my grievances, participating in the meeting?
5. Why is TEA Commissioner of Governance AJ Crabill not participating in the proposed May 06, 2019 meeting at 5:30pm, as I asked for him to participate in?
6. Why is TEA Commissioner of Education Mike Morath not participating in the proposed May 06, 2019 meeting at 5:30pm, as I asked for him to participate in?
7. Why have I not received a letter from Alief ISD regarding my February 19, 2019 patron presentation during the February school board meeting, as I received for my March 19, 2019 patron presentation?
8. Why have I not received a letter from Alief ISD regarding my April 16, 2019 patron presentation during the April school board meeting, as I received for my March 19, 2019 patron presentation?
9. Why does my family and I continue to be treated differently by Alief administration and the school board (collectively/individually) than all other district parents, students, employees, taxpayers, volunteers, business partners, and constituents?
10. Why are Alief administrators and the school board(collectively/individually) so comfortable willfully and intentionally violating district policies and procedures as they pertain to my family and I compared to all other district parents, students, employees, taxpayers, volunteers, business partners, and constituents?
Alief school board elections are coming up in November of 2019. Make sure that you vote!
