3rd Grade Prison Data

Jails and prisons are built using data collected from 3rd grade student’s education progress each year. Based on our children’s 3rd grade accountability ratings they determine the likelihood of our children being called by an inmate number or by their first and last name in the free world. Prisons are also privately own, if there are no inmates in the prisons then the individual does not make money.
