Another photo for the Edinburgh Councillors on the Culture & Communities Committee to peruse next week.

Yet another dog off lead in Morningside Cemetery, photo taken mere months ago in 2024.

Selfish, entitled dog walkers who believe "the rules don not apply to me" and have absolutely no awareness of the upset their dog may be causing the bereaved.

This is not the dogs fault - this is the owners fault.
