Unfortunately, the Campbell Ranch topic was not discussed, even though a significant portion of the attendees were clearly there for the topic specifically. When announced, the vast majority of attendees left (pictures available via NextDoor/Facebook E411).
At this point, the remaining scheduled meeting with this agenda item is still scheduled for November 21 at 6:00pm, [Public Hearing @ Edgewood Town Hall]. Please keep an eye on local announcements for any last minute changes to this, including the primary EMPAC page ( https://theempac.org/ ).
If you are unable to attend the Public Hearing please send a written opposition to the action to Mr. Brad Hill (Edgewood Community Development Director) at "bhill@edgewood-nm.gov". Your letter must be received no later than November 18 to be included in the public information packet and the public record. Reports indicate that it may be required to be notarized as well. Be sure to ask that the PZC Commissioners be copied and request a reply to ensure that your letter is submitted to the public record.
We strongly advise you to keep an eye on social media, including the Edgewood town sites, to know if the meeting is adjusted again.
