ELDC has decided that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is not required. See: https://publicaccess.e-lindsey.gov.uk/online-applications/files/8102109C8F6E874485A4B52C3E3CE8CB/pdf/N_033_01049_16-Decision-4073239.pdf
Given the size of the development in an AONB it would be sensible to carry out an EIA?
