I am happy that EBTC has started to offer fair prices for internet service. I wish they would have listened to customer complaints instead of waiting until a competitor forced their hand, but at the end of the day they made the change. I really hope EBTC learned from this so that we are not fighting this battle again a few years down the road. I hope that EBTC does something to make things right with the BeLine customers who were paying over $300 a month for internet service since last summer. They need to do something now not 10 years down the road as part of a dividend check. I would like to thank everyone for the support and calls over the last few months.
