Justice for DSA Students & Teachers

They say the moral arc of the universe bends towards justice. On Monday we found out the the DPS school board voted not to renew the contract of David Hawks, my infamous former principal at Durham School of the Arts. As one of my colleagues said, I’m so glad this is happening. So many people who were hurt by him just...disappeared and the story was covered up or never known. This is such a great validation that there was deliberate bullying, gross unprofessionalism, and evil intent.
