The production of Foie Gras is so cruel that it is banned in the UK. This is the force feeding of ducks and geese to produce fatty livers for consumption. Unfortunately the European Union has stopped the UK from banning the import of Foie Gras. I wrote to Dukeshill to ask them to remove it from their catalogue but they claimed that their imports came from free range ducks and that force feeding them was ok. I hope to persuade Dukeshill to stop selling Foie Gras.
