Thank you for your enduring commitment to supporting Native students at Duke University. Because of your phenomenal support, we are closer to holding Duke accountable for engaging in the healing process with Native students and the Native communities it has harmed. 

Student Affairs and Admissions have agreed to meet with NASA. However, we have received radio silence from every other administrative unit on campus. This would be unacceptable at any school, but it is especially concerning at a former residential school. As Native students at Duke, we wonder why our concerns aren't being taken seriously. What else must we do to prove that Native students matter?

Duke's silence is deafening, but it can't drown out our prayers for healing.
