We have been busy. We've gotten approval for 501c3 status by the Fed IRS in the past couple of weeks as well as Dawnelle Gordon and Gabrielle Martin attending the Dubuque NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet where Ms. Martin spoke to attendees about her father's experience. It was great being in Dubuque for this event and to continue to spread the word about our fund raising efforts. 

Remember this isn't permanent until we build the Capt Martin monument and permanent exhibit. Please help us educate all of Dubuque and visitors about the legacy of Capt Martin.
