It’s come to my attention that some of the details of Captain Martin’s record aren’t accurate. I created this petition before becoming aware of other resources and bringing Kim on board and speaking with Captain Martin. 

We will be certain to be more accurate in any permanent display in the Airport once this petition gets passed.  I hope that local historians and the Captain Martin family will be intimately involved in any permanent and finalised memorial to honor Captain Martin.   Thank you for everyone’s support and passion.
