I spoke with Ms. Kim Rowe, UD alumna today (see her comment under this petition) and again with Airport Commissioner Todd Dalsing. 

The application for this campaign is on the agenda for the Airport Commission board meeting where if agreed upon, will have a committee assigned. 

Ms. Rowe may be of assistance in connecting to Captain Martin’s family for approval of this campaign.   While educating me about Captain Martin and adding to his amazing legacy, she also provided some sad news that Captain Martin’s son, Robert Martin Jr, has sense passed away.  Thank you Ms. Rowe so much. Your support means a lot.
