naspers' DStv is downright greedy they take our money and give a damn about customer service, satisfaction, and peace of mind. they pass the buck speak lies, and put the blame on customers devices for the various issues with their online platform DStv now, not to mention the pathetic self service! the consultants on messenger and social media have no interest in solving customer problems not to mention about the clueless call centre and live chat agents. the worst part to top it all is that they delete customers public posts that are not in favour of DStv and express customers utter frustration. DStv will soon be running at massive losses if they continue this and subscribers will plummet so severely that DStv will be out of business. now is the time for naspers to take control as parent company or else DStv will incur losses for naspers let alone the damage done to themselves
