Thank you for supporting my petition asking the government to make our emergency helplines accessible to all. I am very grateful and overwhelmed. Please keep sharing this petition so that together, we can make this happen.

I have an update to share with you. I met BJP MP Shankar Lalwani in Indore recently and discussed the issue with him in detail. He gave us a patient hearing and will be personally sending a letter about this to the Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Dr Virendra Kumar. He also told us he can help us meet the Social Justice and Empowerment Minister in Delhi next month. We thank Lalwani ji for taking out time to meet us and taking this forward.

I once again urge you to keep sharing my petition with your friends and family members. Our emergency helplines are of no use to the 63 million deaf citizens of the country. Recently, Hindi daily Dainik Bhaskar also covered this issue.
Friends, if the helplines become inclusive for all, it will be a huge step.
