Congress is not drug tested and they create the laws that affect our lives.
I'm asking for House of Representatives and the Senate to be drug tested. People that work for minimum wage are drug tested and have no impact on the law. What makes Congress so special? Why are they exempted from this? Even if a person doesn't use recreational drugs, it's the humility of having to urinate into a cup.
If Congress wants to pass bills that prohibit drug usage, I want to know that they are abiding by these bills that they create.
No more hypocrisy in the United States Government!

Congress passed a bill that gives states the right to drug test the unemployed. Some of you may agree that this is a good idea, but workers who are fired for drug use aren't eligible for unemployment benefits anyways.
These workers don't create laws that impact your everyday life.
Congress does.
Congress should be drug tested.

Here's an example of the argument-
If an average American citizen was seeking employment, most employers would drug test the citizen before he or she is hired. Some employers have drug screening randomly and some periodically.
People who make minimum wage are drug tested. People who barely make an impact on anyone else are drug tested.
Congress creates laws that impact our everyday lives, and they aren't drug tested.
This needs to change.
All that I'm asking for is a simple urine test. 
I want Congress to prove to the people of the United States that they are not hypocrites.
