Saber's arraignment in District Court has been continued - again.  Her case has been kicked up to  the State Circuit Court and her next appearance will be on October 3rd.  Absent dismissal, a jury trial will be set then. Continue to demand that the case be dismissed!  That it hasn't been dismissed is outrageous!  Saber did not "assault" the provocateur.  The provocateur alleged that her video touched his megaphone, causing him injury.   Circulate the petition to your friends and write the Prosecutor's Office to demand that the case (State vs. Eda Minton) be dismissed.  Review the petition and send a message here.'

This complaint was made by a well-known provocateur who routinely attempts to "trigger" pro-choice and LGBTQ advocates. Ms. Minton is Queer and Black.  He's known for making unfounded complaints against protesters to the police.  Saber was a tourist from San Francisco when she witnessed this provocateur holding a disgusting sign, spewing anti-woman lies, and intimidating protesters.  Ms. Minton videoed him and countered his lies.  She committed no crime.
