This petition is an effort to make a change on CBT laws. whilst people would just like to get from A to B, they would like to do so safely. unfortunately on a 50cc bike this is impossible, while on a 125cc bike everything can be ok until you hit wind or otherwise a hill. i would like to propose a change in the law, whereby anybody over the age of 24 can re-sit their CBT test on a 250cc bike, to then be able to ride a 250cc bike. as the law stands, all learner riders are potentially at risk through no fault of their own.
