The Australian Decency and Public Nudity Clarification Bill has now received 5,490 signatures.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this initiative so far.

Today, we are asking every supporter to do one simple thing.

Invite just one person.

Yes, just one person. Ask them to read the information and consider signing the petition.

Don't be afraid to tell people that you signed the petition. You do not have to describe yourself as a nudist or naturist if you prefer not to. The fact is that this Bill extends well beyond the naturist community.

It is about improving legal clarity for everyone.

Non-sexual nudity, naturist activity, accidental exposure, and sexual or threatening behaviour should not all be treated as though they are the same. Clear legislation helps distinguish between these very different situations.

This is not about promoting inappropriate behaviour. It is about supporting fair, consistent, and clearly defined law that can be applied with greater certainty. Greater legal clarity benefits the public, families, authorities, councils, responsible naturists, and anyone who values fairness in the legal system.

If every one of our 5,490 supporters encourages just one more person to read about the Bill, we can move towards 10,000 signatures.

Reaching, or even coming close to, 10,000 signatures would significantly strengthen the visibility of this initiative and increase the likelihood that it will be taken seriously by decision makers.

Let's make July 2026 the month we give this campaign its biggest boost yet.

Please share the information page with one person. If, after reading the proposal, they believe the Bill deserves their support, encourage them to add their signature.
