We all must have used OLA cabs and many of the private cab services which are present nation wide. 

The issue is related to scenario at Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur Chhattisgarh, where OLA cab is not allowed to pick up customers from Airport. OLA cab can drop customers but that too they are compulsorily charged with the parking fee even if they drop customers and go within the free drop time limit of 5 minutes.

While travelling I have asked many of the OLA cab drivers to take the issue to there company's authorities, for which they said they have complained. OLA Cab drivers are not only allowed but if by chance they enter the Airport premises they are beaten up and there respective vehicle has been harmed. All this is under a private taxi contractor who runs cab service from Airport. There has been police case as well and many more incidents. Once such is an example given in the below link-

The taxi contractors are not allowing private cab service like OLA & others because they are not able to face the competition. Even there fare prices are double than OLA.  

 

There has been police complaints filed but the issue still remains. If a customer arriving at Raipur airport has to take OLA then he has to walk down till the main road carrying there own luggage.

 

We are called smart city and the state capital shows this sign when some guest arrive at our state.

I request Honorable Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh and Airports Authority of India to please allow private cabs to pick up passengers from Airport. One such private taxi contractor is being hall of  shame for entire state.
