Thanks to your signatures, we've achieved step 1 of our campaign - Langara College has provided us with the names of the life science companies they are sourcing the cats and rabbits being dissected from. We are continuing discussions with Langara to determine what, if any, standards of sourcing and killing they follow. We have learned that the companies Langara College uses also supply pregnant cats for dissection, calling even further into question their ethical standards. We also know that the companies sell models which could be reused year after year, making them ethical and economic replacements to the school's current harmful use of animals.
