Dear all, apologies for the gap in communication. I last reported that I was in touch with and MAH (Marketing Authorisation Holder) who were trying to help. I had asked them to apply to reclassify hydroxocobalamin. This turned out to be a dead end, a big SILENT dead end after starting out in such a promising way, they told me they really wanted to help!!! They will not engage and will not return my calls. Here is what they said in an email to me: "I am so very sorry for my delayed response. At this stage ***** are not looking to reclassify this product. Reclassification would require resource and investment to provide the clinical evidence to support the reclassification and at this moment in time we are not able to dedicate the resources required to support the change, due to other projects which are current in progress and pending. We of course sincerely apologise for this Tracey and we will keep this project in mind for the future. On a personal level, I and ***** wish you the best of luck with your campaign."
